摘要
理想的情形是高校教师的教学与科研既相辅相成又相互促进.然而现实中由于两者的性质不同及有限的社会资源、不同的社会需求层次、教师群体中个体的差异性等,导致两者之间的矛盾冲突.对教学与科研的矛盾产生的原因,现实矛盾和矛盾的历史给予详细分析.
It was the idealist situation that the teaching and researching of university teachers were supplement each other.In fact,either properties or society resources,society demands were different between each other,which led to the conflict of them.This paper analyzes reasons of this problem and studies the difference between conflict at present and that of the past.
