化学和湿度传感器用聚合物膜的制备方法

摘要 使用紫外辐射溶液聚合方法研究了化学/湿度传感器用聚合物膜的制备方法.本方法制备的膜厚度在5~100μm区间可控,信号响应好,可重复. This paper studies the preparation method of membranes used on the chemical and moisture sensors using solution polymerization induced with UV irradiation. The thickness of membranes prepared using this method were controllable in a range of 5~100 μm with good properties on the response time and reproducibility.
