摘要
以100keV Fe^+注入小麦和云豆样品,观测了样品中的RBS谱,并以蒙特卡洛方法在理论上计算了Fe^+在小麦和云豆中的射程.对理论和实验结果作了比较.对低能离子引起生物效应的机理作了讨论.
The seeds of wheat and bean are irradiated by iron ion beam with ener- gy 100keV.The RBS spectra of the samples are observed and the ranges and distributions of the iron ions in the wheat and bean are calculated theoretically by means of Monte Carlo method.The results of theory and experiment are compared and the mechanism of biological effects induced by ion is discussed.
