中国网络信息资源版权保护问题研究

Complexity Analysis of Copyright in the Network Environment- China′s Perspective

随着电子通讯技术和互联网络的发展,将网络资源纳入我国著作权保护体系意义重大,本文着重阐述网络著作权中的作品认定以及权利确定,论述了网络作品中复制的特殊性,最后笔者针对我国正在建立新的著作权保护体制提出几点看法。

With the development of electronic communication science and network,bringing the information resource into the system of copyright protection in China have important meaning and challenges. Firstly, this article examines the legislative confirmation of works, and then discusses upon the complexity of legislative copyright and the reproduction in the network .In the last, the article points out some opinion about the new developing system of copyright in the network in China.
