摘要
物流运作贯穿于企业生产经营始终;将生产经营与物流分业完成,可发挥专业优势,创造“第三利润源”。本文从集运、延迟、物流标准化与信息通信技术三方面分析了专业物流的价值创造过程:集运以规模服务赢得利润;延迟通过提供“溢价”产品和缩短资金周转时间创造价值;标准化与信息技术通过增加物流业的技术含量,提高服务质量与劳动生产率创造新价值。物流新价值的分配是不均衡的,由双方在合约谈判中的势力决定。
Logistic action exists in the total process of firm's operation, which spans from management of raw materials to the delivery of the final products. When the production manufacturing and logistics is relatively separated and completed independently, advantage of the speciality is attained. This paper analysis the value source of the modern logistics from three aspects: economic value of collective transportation; value-added benefit of the postponement and capital cycle's time compression; information technique increase qualify of the service and productivity. The distribution of new value created by logistics is not asymmetrical, which is decided by the force of the both sides in contract.
