The economic globalization and information give the enterprises and surroundings high demand. The paper analyzes the current state of the private enterprises in China and gives some countermeasures on the supply chain management from the conception, management system and organization structure, cooperation, the restriction mechanism of the supply chain, basis build of the information technology, logistics system.
