多层次模糊评价方法在机械产品质量管理中的应用研究

The Application Study of Multi-level Fuzzy Appraisal for the Quality Management of Mechanical Products

质量管理对于机械产品的生产至关重要,本文针对机械产品质量中存在的模糊不确定因素,应用模糊数学的概念和方法,建立了机械产品质量的多层次模糊评价模型,并应用实例,对具体的车床质量进行了多层次模糊评价。结果表明,该方法具有较强的实用性和可操作性。

Quality management of mechanical products is very important for producing, to fuzzy, uncertain factor during the quality management of mechanical products, this paper set up the multi-level fuzzy appraisal model of mechanical product quality by the concept and method of fuzzy mathematics. And use the case, it carry on multi-level fuzzy appraisal to the quality of lathe. In a word, this method has very strong practical nature and operating nature.
