摘要
建立了在NH_3-NH_4Cl底液中,以单扫示波极谱法测定微量氟哌啶醇的方法,氟哌啶醇在该底液中有一灵敏导数极谱波,峰电位-1.56V(vs.SCE),峰电流与氟哌啶醇的浓度在0.2~0.3μmol·L^(?)范围内成正比。最低检测限为0.08μmol·L^(?),测定了针剂和片剂中氟哌啶醇的含量,结果满意,对氟哌啶醇在汞电极上的电还原性质进行了探讨。
A sensitive irreversible reduction wave of Haloperidol (Hal) is found in the NH_3-NH_4Cl buffer. This reduction wave can be used to determine trace Hal by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -1.56V (vs. SCE). The peak current is linearly proportional to the concentration of Hal in the range of 0.20 ~5.0μmol·L^(?). The detection limit is 0.08μmol·L^(?). The method is applied suc- cessfully for the determination of Hal in tablete and in jections. The electrochemical be- havior of the system is studied.
