摘要 微波加热是向被加热物质内部辐射微波电磁场 ,推动其偶极子运动 ,使之相互碰撞、摩擦而生热。利用微波加热技术对矿石进行快速加热 ,使矿石在热应力作用下产生裂纹 ,可以改善矿石的易磨性 ,起到辅助粉碎效果。本文选用 6种物料进行微波加热、并经自然和水淬冷却处理 ,通过Hardgrove磨的易磨性指数对比测试 ,表明微波加热后自然冷却的物料易磨性提高 5~ 36 % ,而经水淬冷却的物料易磨性提高 38~ 15 0 %左右。 The microwave heating is a new thermal energy technique,which radiates microwave electromagnetic field to heated material,and promotes dipole,as make collides mutually and rubs.Microwave technology can be used to improve grindability of minerals by rapid heating.In this paper,six kinds of soild materials were heated by microwave in different temperature,then they were cooled down by natural and water quench to induce thermal stress cracking.The Hardgrve grindability index was tested to see weather thermal stress cracking occurred in the minerals after microwave heating and cooling.Experimental results show that Hardgrve grindability index increased by a factor of 5~36% with natural cooling and 38~150%with water quench cooling.
