小鼠淋巴细胞白血病（Ｐ３８８）生物学特性的研究

对从国外引进的小鼠淋巴细胞白血病(P388)的生物学特性进行了观察,实验结果表明以DBA/2近交小鼠为宿主,腹腔播种小鼠淋巴细胞白血病(P388)瘤细胞悬液,传代宜用第6一8天荷瘤鼠之腹水,每只鼠接种瘤细胞数宜大于1OO万。其接种成活率为98.6%,有1.4%的自发消退.肿瘤生长潜伏期3-4天,第4～6天为缓慢生长期,第6-12天为迅速生长期,瘤细胞的倍增期略早于腹水的倍增期.第12天后,动物呈明显恶液质状态并进入濒死期,宿主平均存活14.7±3.21天。自第6日起荷瘤小鼠平均每日腹水增长1.26ml.至第14日,平均腹水总量可达12-13ml.

:This paper reported the biological characteristics of murine P388 Lymphocytic leukemia. The DBA/2 inbred strainmice were inoculated intraperitoneally with P388 tumor cells which came from the ascites f 6th-8th days tumor-bearing mice, the tumor cells inoculated should be more than one million per mouse.The surival rate of this inoculated tumor was 98.6%,with 1. 4%spontaneous regression in our studies .The latent period of the rumor was 3-4days,the slow and rapid growth period of the tumor were within 4th-6th days and 7th-12th days tespectively.The tumor cells multiplied earlier than the ascites did.After the 12th day,the mice was on the verge of the death.The mean life span of the mice was 14.7±3.24 days .From the 6th day,the volume of ascites of the tumorbearing mice increased by 1.26ml per day.In the 14th day ,the mean volume of ascites of the mice was l2- l3mL
