家兔^（１３１）Ｉ一ＯＩＨ肾图作为实验模型的分析

本文采用智能比肾功能仪对34只正常和异常家兔进行了44例次肾功能检查,结果表明,家兔131I-OIH肾图正常标准稳定,可作为实验动物模型用于观察尿路通畅与否及评价分侧肾功能的有效手段。

: An experiment was performed for 44times in 34 mormal and unormal rabbits with computed renal function instrument.The results showed that the mormal level of the rabbit131I-OIH renogram was steady.The analysis of rabbit renogram as an experimental animalmodel,may be an usefrl device in insvestigation whether the urethra is fluent and appraising respective renal function.
