黑线仓鼠白化突变群的遗传特性和应用

黑线仓鼠白化突变群是我们在驯育野生黑线仓鼠过程中,对发现的6只该鼠白化突变体,通过8年人工繁育建成的目前国内外唯一的黑线仓鼠白化种群。培育期间对动物白化性状的遗传方式和染色体核型进行了观察。试验表明,白化黑线仓鼠特别适用于辐射和化学诱变的细胞遗传学研究,是评价抗辐射药效价及测定新药致突变遗传效应研究的理想的实验动物。

矷n the course of domestication,we have discovered 6albino striped -back hamsters and established the first striped-back hamster albino mutant colony in the world after laboratory breeding for 8 years. During Breeding,we observed genetic mode of albinocharacter and caryotype of albino striped-back hamster.Experiments showed that the albino striped -back hamster is used for cylogenetic studies particularly in the area of radiation and chemical mutagenesis.It is an ideal laboratory animal that evaluate that evaluate effects of radioresistantdrugs and determines mutagenic dffect of new drugs.
