鞘内注射硫酸镁和吗啡对切口痛大鼠脊髓c-fos表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究硫酸镁鞘内注射对吗啡镇痛作用的影响。方法 建立大鼠鞘内置管模型和切口痛模型 ,鞘内注射吗啡和 /或硫酸镁 ,观察术后 2h切口痛大鼠的累积痛评分 ,并结合免疫组织化学技术观察相应脊髓背角的fos表达。结果 吗啡复合硫酸镁组大鼠的累积痛评分以及脊髓背角FLI(Foslikeimmunoreactive)阳性神经元数目明显低于单纯吗啡组。单纯注射硫酸镁对c fos表达无影响。结论 单独应用硫酸镁无镇痛作用 ,但可增强吗啡的镇痛作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of inthathecal magnesium sulfate on antinociception of morphine. Methods: Intrathecal(IT) catheter was implanted and the tip of the catheter reached the lumbar region;Incision was made in the plantar aspect of the left hindpaw. 40 SD rats were divided randomly into five groups and received IT morphine and magnesium sulfate. A cumulative pain score was utilized to assess pain behavior,The animals were decapitated 2h after incision and the spinal cord was immediately removed and sliced and examined for fos expression using fos immunohistochemistry technique. Results: Cumulative pain score and the number of FLI neurons in group Ⅱ and Ⅰ were significantly less than those in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Magnesium sulfate alone have no effect on fos expression. Conclusions: In a rat model of incisional pain IT administration of magnesium sulfate potentiates morphine antinociception.
