摘要
目的 研究骨密冲剂对骨质疏松症大鼠骨生物力学的影响。方法 SD大鼠 90只 ,随机分成 5组 ,1组为正常组 ,其余各组采用维甲酸造模成功后 ,分为模型组、骨密冲剂小剂量组、骨密冲剂大剂量组、特乐定组 ,到 60d时处死 ,作骨生物力学检测。结果 骨密冲剂治疗组骨弯曲强度、弯曲刚度和扭转强度、扭转刚度明显好于模型组。结论 骨密冲剂能提高骨质疏松症大鼠骨生物力学性能。
Objective: To study the effects of Gumi Medicinal Granules on osteroporosis rats in bone biomechanics. Methods: 90 SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly. One group was designed to be the normal control group. The other groups were prepared for animal osteoporosis models induced by retinoic acid. The animals were classified as animal osteoporosis control group,small dosage group of Gumi Medicinal Granule,large dosage group of Gumi Medicinal Granule and Tridin group. All rats were sacrificed on Day 60 and were screened by bone biomechanic examination. Results: Groups of Gumi Medicinal Granules were obviously superior to animal osteoporosis control group in the indexes of flexural strength,flexural stiffness,distorting strength and distorting stiffness. Conclusion: Gumi Medicinal Granule is considered to increase the function of bone biomechanics of osteroporosis rat.
