摘要
对黄志红早期训练训练负荷的剖析表明,她早期训练负荷量较《大纲》大,负荷强度以多手段练习提高密度,以低负荷重量提高速度,以80%~90%投掷远度控制练习的难度,保证练习的质量;她的训练负荷结构以重要比赛为目标,强度波浪式上升,量平稳下降,不同训练任务时的负荷因素的组合符合一般的训练学原理;早期训练的负荷安排对她的同期身体素质及专项成绩的提高起了积极的作用。
The analysis on earlier training load of Huang Zhihong indicated:Huang′s earlier training loadwas larger than that required in the ″Training Programe″;as to loading intensity,density increasedthrough drills with multiple means and speed increased with weight of low load;training difficulty wascontrolled with 80-90% throwing distance,thus ensuring the quality of drills.Huang′s training load wasplanned with major competitions as the targets,with intensity increasing wave upon wave and quantity de-creasing smoothly.The combination of loading factors during different training tasks was consistent to thegeneral principles of sports training.The planning of Huang′s earlier training load had played an activerole for the improvement of her physical fitness and specific performance during the same period.
