摘要
从分析我国竞技体育人才流动不合理状况入手,结合相关的理论和实例,阐明人才流动的可行性和必要性;并探讨我国竞技体育改革的道路,以期从根本上解决人才流动问题,推动我国竞技体育向前发展。
Starting with the irrational flow of sports talents in China and associating with relative theoryand facts,the study expounded the feasibility and necessity of sports talents flow in China.Discussionswere made on the ways of reform of competitive sports in China.
