摘要
提出用振浪率(杠下垂面速度与下摆过程中最快速度比值的百分比)作为考察大回环类动作的振浪是否充分及技术好坏的标准;认为做团身旋空翻的要领是,快速、紧身、晚旋、扣内式转体;由于器械的改革,720°旋的发展可以实现。
In this paper,the term“whip-swing rate”(ratio of the speed at the vertical plane to the highestspeed during downward swing was suggested as the evaluating standard of the performance of whip-sw-ing movement.According to the author,the key points of 1 turn tucked somersault were quickness,bodytucking,delayed turn and inward turning.The author thought 2 turns movement may be developed on thebasis of improvement of thee apparatus.
