摘要 神经母细胞瘤 (neuroblastoma ,NB)是小儿常见的恶性肿瘤之一 ,I、II期NB预后较好 ,而进展期NB对目前的治疗方案仍耐药。NB耐药涉及多种机制 ,该文介绍一种NB耐药的新机制 ,即Caspase 8沉默。Caspase 8沉默是由于Caspase 8基因超甲基化所致 ,如何恢复Caspase 8基因的表达 。
