伴有中央颞区棘波的良性局灶性癫P_(300)测试结果分析

目的探讨伴有中央颞区棘波的良性局灶性癫的P300 测试结果 ,以了解其认知功能的情况。方法对22例从未服药的伴有中央颞区棘波的良性局灶性癫患儿 (癫组 )和25例正常对照儿童进行听觉事件相关电位P300 电位的检测 ,并取其阳性晚成分P300 波的潜伏期和波幅进行比较。结果癫组和对照组之间的P300 波在Fz、Cz、Pz处的潜伏期和波幅差异均无显著性 (P>0.05) ;不同年龄、性别受试者间的P300 波在Fz、Cz、Pz处的潜伏期和波幅的差异亦均无显著性 (P>0.05)。结论未经抗癫药物治疗的伴有中央颞区棘波的良性局灶性癫患儿 ,P300 测试结果不存在异常 ,提示这些类型癫患儿的认知功能受损不明显。

Objective To investigate the test of P300 potential in bening focal epileptic children with centrotemporal spike and to find out its relation with cognition function.Methods 22 cases of benign focal epileptic children with centrotemporal spike who had never been treated with antiepileptic drugs were studied,and compared with 25 healthy controls.Auditory event_related P300 potential was measured with Dantec keypoint 4_channel electro_physiologic instrument.P300 peak latency and amplitude were used as the parameters for results evaluation.Results P300 peak latency in Fz,Cz,Pz of benign focal epileptic children with centrotemporal spike were 348.48±21.31,347.09±19.77,345.45±19.74 and were 344.48±21.31,346.08±22.00,343.24±23.49,respectively in the controls.There was no significant difference of P300 peak latency between epileptic patients and controls(P>0.05).P300 amplitude of Fz,Cz,Pz in patients were 1.77±1.43,1.80±1.48,1.91±1.44 and were 1.86±1.28,2.16±1.24,2.07±1.26 respectively in the controls.There was also no significant difference of P300 amplitude between epileptic patients and controls (P>0.05),no significant difference of P300 peak latency and amplitude was found between different age or gender(P>0.05).Conclusions It is suggested that there is no severe functional cognition abnormality in benign focal epileptic children with centrotemporal spike,especially in those who had never been treated withanti_epileptic drugs.
