摘要
本研究用下颌运动轨迹描记实验、咀嚼功能测定及应变电阻仪测试实验,对戴用3种不同设计的固位体的下颌双侧游离端可摘局部义齿患者在咀嚼食物时,观察并分析咀嚼运动,以比较3种义齿下颌运动型、基托及舌杆的应力分布及咀嚼功能,进一步分析何种设计最佳。同时提出对基托及舌杆设计中的较佳方案。
Tracer of mandibular motion, measurement of performance of mastication and strain gauge instrument were used for experimental observation and analysis of mastication under the condition that thepatient wearing a mandibular bilateral distal extension of removable partial dentures of three kinds ofdefferent designed was masticating. some foods Masticating motion was observed and analysed so asto make comparision of motion type, stress distribution of denture base and sublingual bar as well asperformance of mastication of three kinds of dentures. Analysis was made to see which design was thebest. An optimal design of denture base and sublingual bar was proposed by the authors.
