饮料水平咖啡因对儿童的血液动力学作用

摘要 采用双盲交叉设计,研究了饮料水平咖啡因(1mg/kg·BW)对学龄儿童的血液动力学作用。结果发现:在给予咖啡因的3天试验期间,受试者收缩压和舒张压轻度升高;心率轻度减缓;左心室每搏输出量、每分输出量、射血指数和室壁增厚率没有明显变化。 The hemodynamic effects of caffeine (1 mg/kg) in beverage on school-aged children were studiedusing a double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover design. 22 males and 22 females, aged 9 to 11years wcre involved in the study. Within the first to third days of the caffeine administration, bothsystolic and diastolic blood pressure increased slightly and pulse decreased slightly. The stroke volume,cardiac output, ejection fraction and ventricle wall thickness rate did not change after the caffeineadministration.
