摘要
大鼠脑缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤时血浆内皮素(ET)水平成倍增加,特异的内皮素抗血清治疗能有效地缓解脑水肿的发生和增加脑组织ATP含量,抑制脑细胞钙超载和脂质过氧化物形成。并且显著降低大脑皮层和海马回锥体细胞的变性坏死率。结果提示,ET是脑缺血-再灌注损伤的重要发病因素之一。
During reperfusion of postischemic rat brain. the level of plasma endothelin (ET) in rat wasdouble elevated (9.7±2.6 vs. sham group 4.1±1.1 pg/ml,P<0.01). Administration of specific ET-antiserum into rat before brain ischemia could effeclively attenuate the rat brain ischemia-reperfusiondamage (l-R damage ): inhibite occurrence of crain edema, increase brain tissue ATP content, alleviatebrain tissue calcium accumulation and formation of brain lipid peroxidation, and significantly decreasethe rate of neuron degeneration and necrosis. The results suggest that ET may be an important patho-genic factor inducing brain I-R damage.
