甲氟哌酸甲磺酸盐对感染小鼠体内抗菌作用研究

摘要 比较甲氟哌酸、氟哌酸及头孢氨苄对感染小鼠体内抗菌作用,结果表明:对大肠杆菌No.9。绿脓杆菌No.9、克雷白氏肺炎杆菌No.132和痢疾杆菌No.14,甲氟哌酸的ED_(50)(mg/kg)分别为0.48。17.42、2.94和1.36;而氟哌酸分别为0.76、25.96、3.71和1.48。西药ED(50)t检验除痢疾杆菌差异无显著性(P>0.05)外,其它均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。以相同剂量甲氟哌酸和头孢氨苄治疗感染小鼠,保护率前者为≥90%,后者为0(P<0.01)。证实甲氟哌酸对革兰氏阴性杆菌引起的小鼠感染的保护作用优于氟哌酸,明显优于头孢氨苄。 Pefloxacin, one of Fluoro-quinolones, has powerful antibacterial actiyity with a broad antibacterialspectrum and no cross resistance to other antibictics.The compound is one of new hopeful antibacterialdrugs.A comparative study on the efficacy of pefloxacin, norfloxacin and cephalexin in experimentalinfections of mice was carried out.# The results showed that the values of ED_(50) of pefloxacin were usually tower than those of noflo-xacin. The values of ED_(50) of pefloxacin to E.coli, Ps.aeruginosa, Shigella spp. and k.pneumo nuae were0.48,17.42,1.36,2.94mg/kg respectively; but those of norfloxacin to the same bacteria were 0.76,25.96, 1.48 and 3.71kg/mg respectively. The results were evaluated by t-test. The differences betw-een the values of ED_(50) of pefloxacin and those of norfloxacin were significant (P<0.05) except toShigeila spp. When pefloxacin and cephalexin were used to treat infected mice in the same dosage, theprotective rates of pefloxacin were no less than ninety percent. but the protective rates of cephalexinwere zero. The difference of the protective rates between the two drugs were significant (P<0.001). The results showed that the protective effect of pefloxacin on mice infected by Gram-negativebacteria was much greater than that of norfloxacin and was also obviously greater than that of cepha-lexin.
