摘要
用荧光偏振法研究胆红素自由基对人红细胞膜流动性的影响。结果表明,胆红素自由基使红细胞膜荧光偏振度(P)减少,微粘度(η)降低,膜流动性增加。并讨论了上述现象产生的原因。
Effect of bilirubin free radicals on the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane was studied with fluore-scence polarization. The results indicate that bilirubin free radicals decrease the polarizability as wellas micro-viscosity of erythrocyte membrane and increase the membrane fluidity. The reasons for theseresults were discussed.
