摘要
对新西兰兔用高胆固醇喂养30天,形成明显高脂血症,继续喂以高胆固醇并同时用中成药“丝丽格兰”及西药诺衡治疗90天,结果显示,“丝丽格兰”对新西兰兔高脂血症模型具有降脂、升高高密度脂蛋白及防止动脉粥样硬化形成作用,取得了与诺衡相似的较好疗效。未发现对肝、肾功能有不良影响。
New Zealand adult rabbits were fed with diet containing 2 grams cholesterol per day for onemonth and the animal model with hyperlipemia was established. Siligelan and Lopid were used to treathyperlipemia, respectively, for three months while these rabbits were continually fed with cholesterolThe results showed that siligelan and lopid had similar effects in reducing hyperlipemia, elevatinghigh density lipoprotein and preventing atherosclerosis. No side effect on livcr and kidney wasobserved.
