摘要
一组性征异常病人DNA经Eec RI酶切后,用^(32)P标记的ZFY探针进行Southern印迹杂交。结果发现:3例47,XXY Klinefelter综合症及1例45,XO Turner’s综合症有杂交信号,并首次发现了1例46,XX真两性畸形病人存在着Y特异性的DNA序列ZFY。提示,ZFY基因在性别决定过程中可能起某些作用或可能与性征发育异常有一定相关性。
A 46, XX true hermaphrodite, a 45, XO Turner's syndrome and 3 cases of 47, XXY Klinefeltersyndromes have been investigated with Southern blot technique. The DNAs from patients. after EcoRIdigestion, were hybridized with ZFY probe labelled ^(32)P-dCTP. The results showed that all DNAsamples from patients had positive hybridization signal of Y specific ZFY sequence, which suggestedthat ZFY gene could play certain role in the sex determination and there was some relation betweenZFY gene and abnormal sexual character diseases.
