Study On Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

腹腔镜胆囊切除术是一种安全有效的新手术方法。其优点是损伤小、痛苦小、恢复快。但腹腔镜胆囊切除术需要较为复杂的手术技巧及设备。本组24例腹腔镜胆囊切除术均获成功。为避免胆总管损伤等并发症。本文讨论了有关穿刺位置、解剖分离、术野显露、冲洗、胆囊取出,术中胆道造影及人员训练等要点。

Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a new, safe and effective operation. The benefits of laparoscopic cholecystectomy are minimal trauma; minimal pain; and quicker recovery. But, laparoscopic cholecystectomy requires more complex skill and equipment 24 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomies performed in our group were successful. To avoid the complications, such as bile duct injury, the trocar site; the anatomic dissection; the exposure and irrigation of the operation field; the removal of gallbladder; the intraopeative cholangiograpby and the training of surgeons, etc are discussed.
