摘要
对AZ91D和AM5 0合金进行化学处理 ,用SEM和电化学方法来分析化学转化膜的表面形貌及在腐蚀性电解质中的稳定性。结果表明 ,铬酸盐处理时 ,AM5 0合金较AZ91D合金的成膜反应容易进行 ,成膜均匀 ,在 3.5 %NaCl水溶液中耐蚀性能好 ;而磷酸盐处理时 ,结果恰恰相反 ,AZ91D合金转化膜的性能优于AM 5
Chemical treatment were applied to AZ91D alloy and AM50 alloy and the surface morphologies and the stabilities of chemical conversion membranes were analyzed by SEM and electrochemical method. The chemical conversion membranes on AZ91D alloy and AM50 alloys are obtained by the chemical treatment containing chromates and phosphates. The membrane formation on AM50 alloy was much easier in the chromate solution and had better corrosion resistance than AZ91D's, while the membrane formation of AZ91D alloy was much easier in the phosphate solution and had better corrosion resistance than AM50's.
