摘要
介绍了真空高压气淬炉炉门快开装置的主要结构 ,根据有关设计标准结合实际工作情况给出了 1.5Mpa系列工程设计尺寸参数 ,采用ANSYS有限元软件分析了影响应力水平的主要因素 ,并以内径为 180 0mm的结构为例分析了筒体。
The thesis introduced the quick opening structure of high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace. According to some design standard and working condition, the author provides series of design dimensions and parameters of 1.5Mpa furnace, adopts ANSYS to analysis the main factors affecting stress, and finally analyze the stresses of the furnace body, furnace door and caliper ring.
