This paper described basic principle of VPN technique and the nrules of IPSecs,by detailed disussing the basic principle of the logarithms according to attestation prinuple to encrypt the data.The main protocol of IPSec was explained step by step to explain the safety of the principle.The system design of VPN was verified,then some application examples and realization methods was introduced.At last some suggestions was gived to enlarge the application of VPN technique.
