摘要
采用新的技术路线,利用42 5MPa普通硅酸盐水泥,配制出了12小时和24小时抗压强度达20MPa、抗折强度4MPa以上的两种路用超早强混凝土。运用正交方法设计试验,研究了有关因素对混凝土12小时和24小时强度的影响规律,确定了超早强混凝土的最优配合比。
Using P·O425 cement and new approach,Two kinds of super high-early-strength road concrete with its compressive strength reached over 20MPa and flexural strength over 4 MPa at the time 12h and 24h have been obtained.The test was designed by orthogonal way,and the rules worked on 12h and 24h strength of the concrete by its related factors was studied.At last,the optimum mix ratio of super high-early-strength road concrete was obtained.
