膀胱破裂的X线造影诊断

Cystography Diagnosis of Bladder Rupture

目的 :探讨膀胱破裂的X线膀胱造影诊断价值。方法 :回顾分析 7例膀胱破裂的临床及X线膀胱造影特征。结果 :膀胱腹膜外破裂 1例 ,膀胱呈梨状 ,造影剂外渗至膀胱前间隙 ;膀胱腹膜内破裂 6例 ,造影剂外溢并聚积于膀胱后上缘、小肠周围及结肠旁沟 5例 ;未见造影剂外溢 1例 ,经膀胱镜检及手术证实为膀胱腹膜内破裂 ,裂口被疝入膀胱的小肠阻塞。结论 :X线膀胱造影是膀胱破裂的有效和可靠诊断方法。

Objective:To evaluate the value of cystography diagnosis of bladder rupture. Methods: The clinical data of 7 cases were analyzed retrospectively and the selected articles were reviewed. Results: 6 cases were diagnosed by cystography. Conclusions: Cystography is a reliable and effective means to diagnose bladder rupture.
