肝移植术后处理方案探讨
Postoperative Managements of Liver Transplantation
摘要
目的 :探讨肝移植术处理经验。方法 :对 3例肝移植病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :3例病人全部存活 ,术后并发急性排斥反应 1例 ,肺部感染 3例 ,胆道感染 2例。结论 :完善的手术技术 ,正确的术后处理是提高肝移植围手术期生存率的关键。
