急性运动负荷对糖尿病患者血酮体代谢的影响

The Influence of Acut Sport Burdon on the Metabolism of Blood Ketone Body in NIDDM Fatients

本文对22例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者和6名健康人进行了急性运动负荷试验,并测定运动前后血总酮体(TKB)、乙酰乙酸(AcAc)和β-羟丁酸(3-OHBA)。结果发现:NIDDM组运动前后血酮体均高于对照组,NIDDM组运动负荷后血酮体稍有上升,但P>0.05,其动态变化与健康人反应相似,提示急性运动负荷对NIDDM患者血酮体代谢无明显异常影响。

We have conducted acute sport burden experiements on 22 NIDDM patients and 6 yealth persons. TKB. ACAC and 3-OHBA had been determined before and also after sport. It is found that the blood ketone bodies of the group of NIDDM are higher than those of contrast group. The TKB of NIDDM patients went up a little after sporting, but P>0.05. The dyramic changes are almost the somein both groups. We can condude from the test that acute sport burden has not distinct abnormal influences on the metabolism of blood ketone body in NIDDM patients.
