摘要
X射线定向仪主要用于对晶体的定向,通常是测定被测晶体不同部位与该晶体几何参数之间的关系。定向仪主要由X射线管高压发生装置、计数管、测角仪、信号放大线路等组成。利用X射线的衍射特性,对晶体作定向测量。而X射线管是该仪器中的重要部件,在很大程度上决定了仪器的测量精度。本文通过对该管不同的设计、工艺试验,重点讨论X射线管的性能对仪器精度的影响。
An X-ray directional device, usually measuring the geometry relations of different positions with the crystal to be measured, has been used to measure the direction of crystal. the directional device is composed of a high voltage set for the X-ray tube, counter tube, angle scale set and signal amplifier. It employs the diffrection characteristics of X-ray tube to measure crystal. X-ray tube is an important part that greatly determines the device precision. This article discusses the influence of X-ray tube characteristics on the device precision.
