摘要
国际通用的无线电高度计频段在4.3GHz,高度计校准和相应的目标模拟一般都采用同轴电缆延迟线或声体波微波延迟线。通过方案的对比,介绍了一种利用声表面波高频延迟线进行程控级联,并采用电路上下变频使其工作在微波频段上的微波程控延迟线,经过理论与实验分析,给出了测试结果,为SAWDL的应用提供了新的思路。
The international standard for radar altimeter is 4.3 GHz. The calibration of altimeter and corresponding target stimulation is implemented by co-core cable delay line or BAW microwave delay line. In this paper a programmable microwave delay line based on SAW technology is introduced, which is realized through programmable cascade of SAW high frequency delay line with frequency transforming by the circuit. Both theoretic and experimental analysis is given, together with the experimental results. No doubt this method has explored a new application for SAW delay line.
