摘要
波导弯曲部分是出现波导辐射损耗最大的地方,所以在设计弯曲波导时,有必要对波导的这部分进行优化设计处理。该文利用电磁场理论,完成对余弦形分支光波导弯曲部分损耗的数学建模,最后针对铌酸锂基片上,用退火质子交换法生成的分支光波导进行数值仿真。
The biggest radiation loss occurs at bending waveguide. So it is quite necessary to optimize this part of waveguide when we design the optic waveguide. In this paper a mathematic model for the bending part of cosine shape branch is set up by electromagnetic theory. Finally a numerical stimulation of cosine shape branch waveguide made by annealed proton exchanged on LiNbO_3 is given.
