摘要
压电梁在高精度位移控制和微机电等领域有广泛而重要的用途。该文对两种构型的压电夹持梁采用平剖面假设进行了简化,得到了夹持梁在电场作用下挠度和转角的解析解。并采用数值法对其进行了检验和比较,结果显示二者符合良好。
Piezoelectric beam was important and widely used in those field of high precise displace controller and minitype motor. On the basis of flat section hypothesis, the clamped piezoelectric beam was simplified. The displacement and angle of the beam was obtained. Also the numeric method was used to check the results and the two compared results were accorded fine.
