参麦与血塞通合用对心肌缺血再灌注家兔血清TNF-α、IL-8的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Combined Shenmai Injection and Xuesaitong Injection on Serum Interleukin-8 and TNF-α Rabbits with Myocardial Ischemia and Reperfusion

摘要 目的 研究参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用对心肌缺血再灌注家兔血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF -α)、白介素 -8(IL -8)的影响。方法 将 3 2只家兔随机分为 4组 ,造成在体心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,分别于再灌注前经静脉注射生理盐水、参麦、血塞通、参麦加血塞通。分别于缺血前 5min、缺血后 2 5min(给药前 )、再灌注 3 0min、再灌注 90min、再灌注 180min检测血清TNF -α、IL -8的浓度 ,并于实验结束后测定心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD )活性及丙二醛 (MDA)的含量。结果 参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用能显著降低心肌缺血再灌注后家兔血清TNF -α、IL -8的含量 ,升高心肌组织SOD的活性 ,降低心肌组织MDA的含量。结论 参麦注射液与血塞通注射液合用能够减轻TNF -α、IL -8对缺血再灌注心肌的损伤 ,其效果优于二者单独应用。 Objective To study the effect of combined Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection on serum interleukin-8 and TNF-α in rabbits with myocardial ischemia and reperfusion.Methods 48 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups and were modelled as the reperfusion injury of ischemic myocardium.Model rabbits were intravenously injected with 0.9%NS(as controls), Shenmai injection, Xuesaitong injection,combined Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection respectively before reperfusion. Serum TNF-α and IL-8 were measured at following points: 5 min before ischemia ,25 min afrer ischemia,30 min after reperfusion,90 min after reperfusion and 180 min after reperfusion. The SOD and MDA of myocardial tissue were examined at the end of experiment.Results Combined Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection decreased serum content of TNF-α and IL-8,increased the SOD activity and reduced the MDA content of myocardial tissue.Conclusion Combined Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection can obviously reduce the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury induced by TNF-αand IL-8. The efficacy of combined Shenmai injection and Xuesaitong injection is better than that of Shenmai injection or Xuesaitong injection.
