开心胶囊对复苏犬心肌细胞MAPK信号通路变化的影响

摘要 目的 探讨复苏犬心肌细胞丝裂素活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路变化及开心胶囊对其的影响。方法 选择健康杂种犬 15只 ,随机分为假手术组、模型组和中药组各 5只 ,建立心肺复苏模型 ,在自主循环恢复 180min后处死动物 ,摘取心脏 ,提取心肌组织MAPK ,检测MAPK活性。结果 模型组的MAPK活性显著高于假手术组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而中药组无明显变化。结论 MAPK在复苏后心脏病理改变中发挥重要的作用 ,中药开心胶囊抗心肌细胞损伤的机制与其对MAPK信号转导途径的调节有关。 Objective To explore the effect of Kaixin Capsuleon the changes of MAPK signal in myocardial cell of resuscitated dogs .Methods 15 hybrid dogs were randomly divided into three groups: pseudo operation group,model group and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)group, 5 dogs in every group .The model of cardiac resuscitation was duplicated.180 minutes late after recovering circulation , dogs were killed and hearts were taken out.MAPK in myocardial cell was extracted and its activity was detected.Results The activity of MAPK in model group was higher than that in pseudo-operation group(P<0.05);however the activity of MAPK in TCM group did not obviously change.Conclusion:MAPK plays an important role in pathologic changes of resuscitated heart .The mechanism in which Kaixin Capsule relieving lesion of myocardial cell is concerned with adjusting MAPK signal transduction.
