本文论述了政府信息公开制度的内容、方式 ,政府的责任与公民的信息权利 ,政府在信息公开中的义务与伦理问题。
This article discusses the content and type of the government information publicity system,the responsibilities of the government and the information right of the citizens,and the obligations and ethic issues of the government information publicity system.
