摘要
教师发展学校是在教育的实践转向背景下产生的,其主要目标是:建设新型学校、培养新型教师、建设新型教师教育。教师发展学校积累了丰富的经验,如尊重学校的经验和传统;理解学生;树立教师的研究意识和主体意识;建构新型教师的专业活;关注学校的整体建设等。
The teacher development school emerged in the circumstances of educational transition. These schools are aimed at building new-type schools, cultivating new-type teachers and developing new-type teacher education. In the progress of teacher development schools, rich experience has been obtained such as respect to schools' experience and traditions, understanding of students' needs, establishment of teachers' sense of research and subject position, professionaliza-tion, emphasis on students' development and concern with the over all construction of the school.
