摘要
在对中学一线教师进行的关于师生中突的实证研究中发现,师生冲突的发生是经常的,而且中学阶段是师生冲突的高发期。师生冲突可分为一般性冲突和冲突激化两个阶段。冲突的激化尤其是对抗性冲突的发生,会严惩破坏师生关系,伤害各自的身心,阻碍教育的顺利进行。而导致师生间冲突激化的直接原因,往往是教师的言行失当,潜在动因则是偏见。教师要处理好师生冲突,协调好师生关系就必须树立正确的学生观,具备良好的人格修养和较高的教育技巧。
Relevant studies of the conflicts between teachers and students show that such conflicts are especially very common in secondary schools. The conflicts can be divided into general ones and intensified ones. In the aggravated period, such antagonistic conflicts not only cause serious harms to the teacher-student relationship and their psychological and physiological health, but also hinder the teaching-learning process. Relevant study results indicate that the aggravation of teacher-student conflicts often originates from teacher's improper words and deeds. To properly solve teacher-student conflicts and have a well-coordinated teacher-student relationship, it is necessary for the teacher to establish a modern outlook on students and have a noble character and better educational methods.
