弯曲型应变筋式切削测力仪的应力集中效应

摘要 本文针对弯曲型应变筋式切削测力仪设计时提高灵敏度必然会降低刚度这一矛盾,提出在弯曲变形筋上有意地设置应力集中源,利用其受载产生的局部应力集中,既提高了测力仪的灵敏度,又保持其有较高的刚度,这样一种新的设计思想.通过模型实验,对如何选择和设置应力集中源及其效果等给出一些设计原则.并将这些原则在实际测力仪中应用. To counter the contradiction between raising sensitivity and retaining stiffness in bending strain-rib type cutting dynamometers,this paper presents a new design thought,i.e.,in bending strain ribs,stress concentration sources are to be set up deliberately,utilising the local concentrated stress under loading, not only to raise the sensitivity of dynamometers,but also retain better stiff- ness.By model experiments,some design principles about selecting and setting concentration sources and on their effects are given,These principles have been applicated in practice.
