摘要
完善了打印针和打印媒体系统模型.在实验的基础上分析了打印辊的动特性.分析了打印媒体之间的力变形关系、吸收击打能量关系以及影响因素.同时还推导了该系统运动微分方程式,得出了击打力、印字质量、接触时间与打印媒体特性之间的关系.
The model of type-needle and medium system is perfected.Dynamic properties of a type roller is analyzed.While the paper analyzes force-deformation and absorbing striking energy relation of among the type medium on the basis of experiments,differential equation of motion is found that the relation-ship of among striking force,printing quality,contact time and medium properties may be obtained.
