Advances in studies of extended spectrum β lactamases

摘要 超广谱β 内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)是由质粒介导的能赋予细菌对多种 β 内酰胺类抗生素耐药的一类酶 ,它主要由革兰阴性杆菌产生。自从ESBLs和产ESBLs的细菌被报道以来 ,产ESBLs菌株在世界各地引起了广泛感染、传播和流行 ,由其产生的耐药问题已成为当前全球最重要的耐药问题之一 ,受到国内外学者广泛关注。现就有关ESBLs的类型、耐药机制、检测方法以及防治等研究进展作一简要综述。
