摘要
在 LiNbO_3上制作的光波导开关器件,可以通过适当的器件参数值使之成为复用波长连续可调的波分复用器.我们对这种器件进行了实验研究,并制成了2×2端口的 BOA 结构的波分复用器件.其测试结果为:复用波长间隔43nm,电压对复用中心波长的调节度3nm/V,最低串话比—26dB,插入损耗—7dB.
The Ti:LiNbO_3 waveguide switches can become tunable wavelength division mul- tiplexers and demultiplexers by choosing proper values of their configration and applied vol- tages of the switches.We have made a research on the devices and made out a 2×2 channel wavelength division multi-demultiplexer.The test results are:channel spacing about 43 nm,electrooptic tuning at a rate of 3 nm/V,the lowest far-end crosstalk value of -26 dB,and insertion losses about-7 dB.
