Argument on the Management of Human Resource of the High School in the Undeveloped Region

"人力资源是第一资源",是社会经济发展的关键。对于高校人力资源管理的研究还比较薄弱和欠缺,本文试从高校人力资源管理的概况、经济欠发达地区高校人力资源的现状以及有关对策、建议这三个方面着手,试图提出经济欠发达地区高校人力资源管理这一概念和问题,以期引起大家的重视和进一步的讨论。

The human resource is the first resource'. It is the key factor that leads to social economy's development. Now the research toward the management of human resource of high school is still weak. This paper tries to display the present condition of the management of human resource of high school in the undeveloped region and put forward some suggestions for the further discussion.
