以人为本 提高学生的学习能力

Improving students learning competence based on the principles of humanity

在大学教育中 ,以人为本 ,应体现以学生为本 ,以学生学习能力培养为核心 ,以学生为主体、教师启迪引导的互动式教育占据主导地位 ,“填鸭式”的灌输教育在大学逐渐失去生存空间。高职教育作为孕育于市场需求的新的高等教育形式 ,更应该扬弃传统僵化的教育模式 ,逐步代之以互动式的、以学生操作能力和学习能力训练为中心的新教育方式。北京市经济管理干部学院财会系在这方面做了有益的尝试。

Practicing Humanity in hihe learning means put students first and emphasise students learning competence cultivating as the core . Interactive education which means that the students act as the principal and instructors use enlightenment manner will dominant the whole processes status and engrafting education will gradually lose its roll in colleges. As new format of higher education created in market requirement, higher vocational education should discard the useless education, develop a new educational methods with the center of interaction and student competence training of operation and learning. The Dept of Accounting of BIEM has done some useful attempt in this aspect.
