燃料电池发动机空气系统特性的仿真 被引量:5

Simulation of fuel cell engine air system performance

摘要 为提高燃料电池发动机效率,需对其空气系统进行研究和优化。针对现有单级增压空气系统的不足,提出了两种采用涡轮增压器的复合式增压空气系统方案(串联式和并联式),建立了仿真模型从压力和过量空气系数这两个关键参数的角度进行对比研究。结果表明,两种复合式增压空气系统方案均能有效提升发动机整体效率和最大净输出功率,其中整体效率可提升5个百分点,最大净输出功率可提升15%,且串联式方案比并联式方案更具效率优势。 Air supply systems must be optimized to improve fuel cell engine (FCE) efficiencies. Two improved FCE air system configurations (serial and parallel) using turbochargers were developed to overcome weaknesses in the current single stage air system. Analytical models were used to study the impact of the air pressure and the stoichio metric air-fuel ratio on the FCE performance. The results show that both improved air systems improve the engine efficiency and peak power with maximum efficiency and peak power improvements of 5% and 15% for the serial configuration. The serial configuration gives better results than the parallel configuration.
